CBITS Learning Objectives:
- Participants will learn the importance of providing a trauma intervention in schools.
- Participants will learn about the effectiveness of CBITS in reducing symptoms and improving student's behavior and academic indicators.
- Participants will learn the steps for implementing each session of CBITS.
- Participants will identify and discuss strategies for effectively implementing CBITS in their settings.
*** Please note: If you wish to invite an employee who has experience with Evidence-Based Practice (EBPs) to join your team and register for this training it must be AT LEAST 12 MONTHS since they began training in their most recent EBP through CHDI's Coordinating Center***
Lunch will be provided on both days. Participants earn 12 CECs after completing training.
