Resource Order Form

Connecticut Clearinghouse resources can only be shipped within the state of Connecticut.

  • Some materials may be in limited quantities, we will do our best to fulfill your order.
  • Please allow 2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.
  • Limit of 50 pamphlets per month, per person. Limit 1 each of up to 10 posters. If additional quantities are needed, please contact staff: 860) 793 - 9791 or (860) 232 - 4424
  • Download and print Fact Sheets. Download and print Activity Books. There is no limit to the number of copies you may print. 
  • To view some of our resources, please visit our resource toolkit archives. These toolkits highlights resources about a specific observance or awareness campaign, such as Grief Awareness Week.
