PA 24-54 (SB 199) An Act Requiring Online Prevention Education for Electronic Nicotine Delivery System Dealer Registration. This bill requires DMHAS to administer an online prevention education program for authorized owners and designees of businesses registered or seeking registration to sell electronic nicotine delivery systems and vapor products by October 1, 2024. The bill further prohibits DCP from issuing an e-cigarette dealer registration unless applicants certify that the business owner or designee have completed the online training program. Effective upon passage.
