Training Description:
This In-Person workshop equips professionals working with children, adolescents, and young adults to identify and address problem video gaming and gambling. It explores the links between gaming and gambling, reviews epidemiology, risk factors, diagnosis, and comorbidities, and highlights practical, evidence-based assessment and treatment strategies to support youth experiencing behavioral addictions and related functional impairment.

- Understand how gaming and gambling can lead to addiction and impair functioning.
- Recognize how popular video games incorporate gambling to maximize engagement and profit.
