Training Description: With the rise of legalized gambling and aggressive marketing strategies, communities are witnessing an alarming increase in problem gambling. This training, "The Impact of Price and Promotion on Problem Gambling," is designed to equip prevention specialists, coalition leaders, and community stakeholders, including those at the Connecticut Council on Problem Gambling, with a comprehensive understanding of how price and promotion strategies contribute to the escalation of problem gambling disorders.
